To simplify the sharing of information between users of your AntsRoute account, you can add comments to your customers. You can access this history of exchanges from a customer file. When you add a comment, you can choose a type:

Outgoing call

Outgoing e-mail

☝️ Good to know: You can send a one-off notification to your customer by clicking on the “Notify” button at the top right of the screen.
To access the thread and view the history of comments entered by your colleagues, follow these steps:
- Go to the “Customers” module.
- Display the customer file by clicking on a customer.
- Click on the “Exchanges” tab.
- Select the type of comment.
- Enter a “Description”.
- Click on the “Save” button.
💡 If necessary, you can edit or delete comments by clicking on “...” from a comment.
☝️ Good to know: You can filter the display of comments by type by clicking on “Show display options”.
