To facilitate the transmission of information about your customers with other users of your AntsRoute account, you have a 'History of exchanges' which can be accessed from each customer file.
From this page, you will be able to view the comments entered by each of your partners and the different notifications sent to the customer.
To access this feature, you need to follow these few steps:
- Go to the module 'Customers'.
- Click on the tab 'Exchanges'.
- Add a comment and click on the submit icon.
Note: You can edit or delete your comments if necessary.
Note: From this page, you can also send a one-time notification to your customer by clicking on the 'Send a notification' button.
