About conditional fields
With conditional fields, you can display additional fields depending on certain variables and the entries made by drivers in a previous field. The function also allows you to customize the order in which the validation fields are displayed to drivers.
For example, if your drivers are allowed to collect payment, you can ask them to indicate whether the customer is making payment at the time of delivery, and if so, ask your drivers to indicate the payment method.
The conditional fields are only available for custom fields filled in from the mobile application.
The objective? This feature allows operators to save time in analyzing data and simplifies the daily work of your mobile teams by asking them to fill in only the relevant fields.
