The analysis module in the AntsRoute interface gives you access to indicators regarding the rating sent by your customers.
💡 To get the ratings of your customers, you need to set up a notification with a rating link.
To view these statistics, just follow the steps below:
- Go to the “Analyse” module.
- Click on the “Statistics” tab.
- Click on the “Ratings” tab.
- Select the period for which you want to display the statistics.
From this page, you can view the following data:
- Number of ratings
- Average rating
- Ratings with comments
- Evolution of the average rating
- Ratings
- List of ratings with comments
☝️ Good to know: You can filter the display of statistics by one or several drivers.
