The AntsRoute mobile app (available on the Play Store and the App Store) allows your drivers to easily validate each step of a Pick-up & Delivery route: loading, unloading, deliveries, or pickups.
This validation lets you track progress in real time and keep proof of service (photos, signature, comments, etc.).
💡 This feature is available with the Pro plan.
Step 1: Validate loading (or unloading)
Loading or unloading steps are grouped when they take place at the same address. This helps your field teams save time.
To validate a loading:
- Log in to the AntsRoute mobile app.
- Tap “See route.”
- Tap “Start route.”
- Select the step corresponding to the pickups.
- Tap “List of loadings.”
- For each pickup, select its status:
- Confirm
- Postpone
- Cancel
- Tap “Details” to view information about a specific pickup.
- Tap “Proof of service” to add:
- Photos
- Comments
- Signature
- Tap “Confirm” to complete the step.
Color codes to know
- 🟢 Green: completed loading
- 🟡 Yellow: postponed loading
- 🔴 Red: canceled loading
💡 Important: If you cancel or postpone a loading, the associated delivery is automatically canceled or rescheduled as well.
Step 2: Validate deliveries (or pickups)
Once loadings are validated, the driver can proceed with the delivery or pickup.
To validate a delivery:
- From the list of steps, select the relevant delivery.
- Tap “Complete this delivery.”
- If custom fields are configured, fill them in and tap “Next step.”
- Add proof of service:
- Comments
- Photos
- Signature
- Barcode scan (if enabled)
- Tap “Confirm.”
Color codes
- 🟡 Yellow: postponed delivery
- 🔴 Red: canceled delivery
☝️ Good to know:
When validating a delivery, you can select the “Confirm & Plan” option. This allows you to immediately schedule a new delivery for that customer.
