The AntsRoute mobile application available on Play Store and App Store allows your drivers to validate each operation of loading (or unloading) and delivery (or pick-up). To do this, you need to follow these steps:

Step 1: Validate loading (or unloading)
To validate a loading (or unloading) step, your driver must complete these actions:
☝️ Good to know: To save your drivers time, all loading (or unloading) operations that take place at the same address are grouped together in a single step.
- Log in to the mobile application.
- Click on “See the route”.
- Click on “Start the route”.
- From the list, click on the task with the loading operations.
- Click on “List of loadings”.
- For each loading, indicate the status:
- Confirm
- Postpone
- Cancel
- Click on “Details” to view the information for a particular load.
- Click on “Proof of delivery” to add photos, comments, and signature.
- Click on the “Confirm” button.
💡 The loadings that have been completed are shown in green in the list of stops. The loadings that have been postponed and those that have been cancelled are shown in yellow and red respectively at the bottom of the list.
💡 If you cancel or postpone a loading, the associated delivery is also cancelled or postponed.
Step 2: Validate the deliveries (or pick-ups)
To validate a delivery (or pick-up), your driver must complete the following actions:
- From the list, click on the delivery you want to validate.
- Click on the “Complete the delivery” button.
- If the option is activated, fill in the custom fields and click on the “Next step” button.
- Add proof of delivery (comments, photos, signature, and barcode).
- Click on the “Confirm” button.
💡 The deliveries that have been postponed or cancelled are highlighted in yellow or red respectively at the bottom of the list.
☝️ Good to know: At the moment of validating a delivery, you can choose the “Confirm & Plan” option to confirm and plan a future delivery for this customer.
