AntsRoute allows you to plan remote work orders, i.e. without visiting your customers' homes (remote monitoring, remote visits, remote administration, remote consultations, etc.).

Let's take the example of planning a remote work order from the “Schedule work orders” tab:
- Go to the “Plan” module.
- Click on the “Schedule work orders” tab.
- Select or add a customer.
- For the location of the work order, select the “Remote work order” option.
- Determine the duration of the work order.
- Fill in the other fields if necessary and choose the planning date.
💡 Good to know: The remote work orders are displayed as a square in the “Map” tab.
đź’ˇ Good to know: If you use the notification feature, you can choose whether or not to send notifications to customers for jobs completed remotely.
When creating your notification template, enable or disable the “Send for remote deliveries” option depending on your needs.
This option is available for all triggers except “On action from the mobile app.”
