Plan remote work orders

AntsRoute allows you to plan remote work orders, i.e. without visiting your customers' homes (remote monitoring, remote visits, remote administration, remote consultations, etc.).

💡 This function is only available from the PRO subscription.

Let's take the example of planning a remote work order from the “Schedule work orders” tab:

1. Go to the “Plan” module.
2. Click on the “Schedule work orders” tab.
3. Select or add a customer.
4. For the location of the work order, select the “Remote work order” option.
5. Determine the duration of the work order.
6. Fill in the other fields if necessary and choose the planning date.

   

💡 The remote work orders are displayed as a square in the “Map” tab.
