Balance the workload between your drivers or field workers

By default, AntsRoute optimises vehicle use by first filling the schedule of the first agent before moving on to the next, and so on. If you want to distribute the workload fairly between your field workers, follow these steps:

1. Go to ‘Settings’.
2. Click on the ‘Settings’ tab in the side menu.
3. Click on ‘Optimisation settings’.
4. Enable the ‘Activate route balancing’ option.
5. Click on ‘Save’.
