Custom fields allow you to request additional information from your drivers when validating an item (e.g. a photo in case of an issue, mandatory comment, etc.).

💡 Custom fields are completed by the driver at the time of validation in the mobile application.
1. Access custom fields
- Go to the Settings module
- Click Custom fields
- Select Validation of an item
2. Create a category
Before adding a field, you must create a category.
- Click Create a category
- Enter a name
- Click Save
3. Add a custom field
- Click Create a field
- Enter:
- Field name
-
Field type:
- Text
- Date
- Number
- Checkbox
- List
- Photo
- Specify whether the field is mandatory
- If needed, configure a trigger
- Click Save
Using a trigger
A trigger allows a field to appear only in certain situations.
Example:
You want a photo to be mandatory if the item is delivered with an issue.
- In the custom field, select the trigger State of the item
- Choose the value Delivered with anomaly
- Save
The field will appear only if this status is selected during validation.
