You can allow your drivers to indicate the actual quantity delivered when validating an item.
If you use pick-up & delivery mode, you can also track loaded quantities.

Step 1: Enable quantity management
- Go to Settings
- Click Mobile application
- Activate the option Enable item quantity management
- Click Save
Step 2: Enter quantities during validation
From the mobile application:
- Open the delivery
- Click Complete this delivery
- Select the item status
- Adjust the delivered quantity using the “+” and “–” buttons
- Click Confirm delivery
- Click Next step
View quantities
From the Monitor module, you can view:
- Planned quantity
- Loaded quantity (pick-up & delivery mode)
- Delivered quantity
