Is one of your staff members off sick, on leave or attending a meeting? You can report them as absent on AntsRoute so that they are not assigned to work during this period of absence. To do this, follow these steps:
💡 If work is assigned to the agent or driver you have reported as absent, you need to unplan the route or re-optimise the routes.
From the “Ressources” module
- Go to the “Resources” module.
- Click on the “Drivers” tab.
- Identify your driver and click on “...” > “Edit”.
- Click on “Absences”.
- Click on the “Add an absence” button.
- Select a “Start date”.
- Select an “End date”.
- If necessary, determine the “Reason” for absence.
- Click on the “Save” button.
☝️ Good to know: If your driver's absence is not for the whole day, you must uncheck the “All day” boxes and enter a “Start time” and/or an “End time”.
From the “Agenda” tab
- Go to the “Organise” module.
- Click on the “Agenda” tab.
- Select the desired date using the date picker.
- Identify your driver and click on “...” > “Add an absence”.
- Select a “Start date”.
- Select an “End date”.
- If necessary, determine the “Reason” for absence.
- Click on the “Save” button.
Delete an absence
- Go to the “Resources” module.
- Click on the “Drivers” tab.
- Identify your agent and click on “...” > “Edit”.
- Click on “Absences”.
- Identify the absence you wish to delete and click on “...” > “Delete”.
- Click on the “Confirm” button.
