Add a customer
- Go to the 'Customers' module.
- Click on the button 'Add' located at the top right.
- Fill in the 'General information':
- Last name (REQUIRED) ;
- First name (optional) ;
- Phone number (optional) ;
- Mobile number (optional) ;
- email (optional) ;
- External Id (optional) ;
- Comments (optional) ;
- Private comments (optional).
- Determine the 'Favorite field workers' (optional).
- Determine the 'Address' (REQUIRED).
- Determine the 'Opening hours' by disabling the Toggle
before clicking on the icon
(optional).
- Add 'Files ' by clicking on '
' (optional).
- Click on the button 'Save'.
Note: The private customer comments are only visible for planners.
Note: The mobile phone numbers must be in international format. For example, +447600123456.
Note: The favorite field workers are those who are authorised to visit the customer. If you do not choose a favorite worker, all of your workers will be able to visit the customer.
Note: The attached files can be viewed by the field worker from the mobile application.
Note: The customers are by default 'Always open'. However, it is possible to set opening hours for each day of the week. It is possible to enter two opening time slots for a given day. For example, one opening time slot in the morning from 08:00 to 12:00, and a second one in the afternoon from 14:00 to 18:00 by clicking on the second icon '+'.
Edit an existing customer
- Go to the 'Customers' module.
- Search a customer using the search bar above the table.
- Click on '…' and 'Customer sheet' for the required customer.
- Make the necessary changes and click on 'Save'.
Delete an existing customer
- Go to the 'Customers' module.
- Search a customer using the search bar above the table.
- Click on '…' and 'Delete' for the required customer.
- Click on the button 'Confirm'.
Note: By deleting a customer from the database, you will also delete all the tasks that have been scheduled for that customer.
