In addition to offering a function for importing an Excel file with a list of customers, AntsRoute lets you manually add new customers to your database.
Add a customer
- Go to the “Customers” module.
- Click on the “+” button in the top right-hand corner.
- Fill in the information required.
- Click on the “Save” button.
💡 The phone numbers must be in international format. For example, +447600123456.
☝️ Good to know: The private customer comments are only displayed on the web interface. Field workers won't be able to access this information from the mobile application.
☝️ Good to know: The forced agents are those who are authorised to work on your customer's premises.
☝️ Good to know: The attachments can be viewed by the field workers from the mobile application.
Edit an existing customer
- Go to the “Customers” module.
- From the search bar, enter the name or address of a customer.
- From the table, click on the customer to open his file.
- Edit the information and click on the “Save” button.

Delete a customer
- Go to the “Customers” module.
- From the search bar, enter the name or address of a customer.
- From the table, click on “...” and “Delete”.
- Click on the “Confirm” button.
💡 By deleting a customer from your database, you also delete all the work orders that have been planned for that customer.
