You can define favourite field workers for each of your customers, i.e. agents who are authorised to carry out work at customer's premises. When planning work orders, only favourite workers can be assigned. To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to the “Customers” module.
- From the search bar, enter a customer's name or address.
- Click on “...” > “Customer sheet”.
- Click on “General information”.
- Select the favourite field workers.
- Click on the “Save” button.
☝️ Good to know: You can also enter the favourite field workers for each of your customers in an Excel import file. To do this, add a “Favorite agents” column and enter the email addresses of the favourite agents in each cell. If you add several favourite workers for a customer, separate the email addresses with commas. For example, firstname.lastname@example.org,email@example.com.
