It is possible to determine favorite field workers for each customer, i.e. the workers who are authorised to visit the customer. Thus, a field service operation can be assigned only to these favorite field workers during the optimisation of the routes. To do this, just follow these few steps:
- Go to the 'Customers' module.
- Search a customer using the search bar above the table.
- Click on '…' and 'Customer sheet' for the required customer.
- Click on the tab 'General information'.
- Search and select the 'Favorite field workers'.
- Click on the button 'Save'.
Note: It is also possible to fill in the favorite workers for each customer directly in the import file by adding the 'Favorite field workers' column. You just have to indicate in each cell the email address of the privileged workers separated by commas. For example, agent1@antsroute.com,agent2@antsroute.com
