You can define forced field workers for each of your customers, i.e. agents who are authorised to carry out work at customer's premises. When planning work orders, only forced workers can be assigned. To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to the “Customers” module.
- From the search bar, enter a customer's name or address.
- Click on “...” > “Customer sheet”.
- Click on “General information”.
- Select the forced field workers (formerly “favorite”).
- Click on the “Save” button.
☝️ Good to know: You can also enter the forced field workers for each of your customers in an Excel import file. To do this, add a “Forced agents” column and enter the email addresses of the forced agents in each cell. If you add several forced workers for a customer, separate the email addresses with commas. For example, agent1@antsroute.com,agent2@antsroute.com.
