AntsRoute allows you to display basket work orders or deliveries directly on the route map in the “Organize” module.
This feature gives you a complete view of both the planned routes and the tasks that are still unassigned. It’s especially useful for completing existing routes with additional tasks.
Display basket work orders on the map
To begin, you need to enable the display of basket tasks.
Steps to follow:
- Go to the “Organize” module.
- Click the “Map” tab.
- Select a date from the calendar.
- Open the right-hand panel.
- Click on “Filter the display”.
- Check the option “Display work orders from basket”.
- If needed, apply specific filters by clicking on “Filter”.
💡 Good to know: You can filter the display of tasks based on the following criteria:
- Open date
- Due date
- Forced driver
- Comments
- Type
- Location of delivery
- Customer
- External delivery ID
- Time slot
- Service type
- Sector
- Custom fields
Basket work orders will appear in blue on the map.
Assign a basket work order to a route
Once the tasks are visible on the map, you can assign them manually to a route using drag and drop.
Here's how:
- Click and hold the task you want to assign.
- Drag it onto the route path of your choice.
- When the route turns red, release the click to confirm the assignment.
The task will then be added directly to the selected route.
