When a delivery has been canceled from the Monitor module of the web interface or from the AntsRoute mobile app, it can be rescheduled to a new date with changes to its details.
This action is especially useful when the postponement comes with updates (duration, instructions, meeting location, etc.).
☝️ Note: unlike moving a delivery, rescheduling allows you to edit the delivery’s content before planning it again.
Steps to reschedule a canceled delivery
- Go to the Plan module.
- Click on Canceled deliveries to display the list of affected deliveries.
- Identify the delivery to reschedule, then click … > Manage this delivery > Reschedule.
- Edit the information if needed (e.g. duration, instructions, delivery location, etc.).
- Set the desired planning date.
- Select the time slots to be considered for scoring.
- Click Search availability.
- Select an available slot, then click Save.

Delivery status
- From the web interface, in the agent’s route where the delivery was originally canceled (before being rescheduled), the delivery appears with the status Rescheduled.
- On the mobile app, it remains visible with the status Canceled.
