The field service operations that have been cancelled from the 'Monitor' module of the AntsRoute interface or from the mobile application can be rescheduled by following the steps below:
Reschedule a field service operation (on a new date without changes)
Note: When you reschedule field service operations to a new date, you cannot change the information of these tasks (time slot, duration, etc.).
- Go to the 'Schedule' module.
- Click on the tab 'Cancelled field services'.
- Identify the field operation to reschedule in the list and click on '…' and 'Reschedule'.
- Select the new date using the date picker.
- Click on the button 'Save'.
Note: The message 'The field service was rescheduled', indicates that the task has been rescheduled to the new date. You can then find the task by selecting the date from the 'Organize' module.
Reprogram a field service operation (on a new date with changes)
- Go to the 'Schedule' module.
- Click on the tab 'Cancelled field services'.
- Identify the task to reprogram from the list of cancelled field services and click on '…' and 'Reprogram'.
- Edit the required information in the form and click on the button 'Search availabilities'.
- Select a date.
- Click on the button 'Save the field service'.
Note: The message 'The field service has been reprogrammed', indicates that the task has been successfully reprogrammed on the new date. You can find this task by selecting the date in the 'Organize' module.
Reschedule several field service operations (without changes)
- Go to the 'Schedule' module.
- Click on the tab 'Cancelled field services'.
- Select the tasks to reschedule by checking the boxes in the table.
- Click on the button 'Reschedule'.
- Select the new date using the date picker.
- Click on the button 'Save'.
