From the “Agenda” tab, you can check the daily calendar of your drivers. For each work order, you can view the start and end time of the task, the planned, confirmed or pending work orders, the absences, and the breaks of drivers.
Display the daily route schedule
- Go to the “Organize” module.
- Click on the “Agenda” tab.
- Choose the option “Day”.
- Select a date in the calendar.
From this schedule, you can view several elements:
- The work orders to be carried out by each agent;
- Driving time indicated by a blue line;
- The start and end times of the routes indicated by blue circles;
- Times not worked, indicated by grey and white hatches;
- Absences indicated by blue and white hatches;
- Breaks indicated by the icon

☝️ Good to know: By clicking on “...” > “Route's details” next to an agent's name, you can view the list of work orders to be carried out in the route.
☝️ Good to know: You can assign a work order to another agent by a simple drag and drop. To do this, click on the task, move your mouse over another agent's route and release the click. The agent's route is automatically re-optimised.
Add a work order to a route
You can add a work order directly to an agent's route by following these simple steps:
- Go to the “Organize” module.
- Click on the “Agenda” tab.
- Choose the option “Day”.
- Select a date in the calendar.
- From the agenda, click on an empty place in an agent's route.
- Fill in the required information.
- Click on the “Confirm” button.
💡 The agent's route is automatically re-optimised.
