Once your routes are optimized, you can display the schedule (route) of field workers and make changes if necessary by following the steps below:
Display the schedule
- Go to the 'Organize' module.
- Click on the tab 'Agenda'.
- Select the date on which routes have been scheduled using the date picker.
From this schedule, you can view many elements:
- The field service operations to complete for each field worker ;
- The driving time indicated by a blue line ;
- The starting time of a route and the ending time of a route indicated by blue circle ;
- The non-working hours indicated by par grey and white hatching ;
- The absences indicated by blue and white hatching ;
- The breaks indicated by the icon

Note: To have more information on the field service operations to be completed by a field worker, just identify this worker in the table and click on '...' and 'Route's detail'.
Change the order of field operations by drag and drop
It is possible to change the order in which the field service operations are completed, by following the steps below:
- Go to the 'Organize' module.
- Click on the tab 'Agenda'.
- Hold the click on the operation to be moved.
- Move the field operation to the required position and release the click.
Note: By changing the order of the tasks in the route using drag and drop, the quality of optimisation is affected.
Assign a field service operation to a field worker
- Go to the 'Organize' module.
- Click on the tab 'Agenda'.
- In the schedule of the field worker to whom you want to assign a task, click in a place where no task is scheduled.
- Fill in the details of the field service operation.
- Click on the button 'Confirm'.
Note: When a task is added to the schedule, the route of this field worker is automatically reoptimised.
