Why confirm a work order?
This feature is particularly useful when you are using notifications to your customers. It allows you to communicate more precise time slots.
If you have a large time slot, e.g. 9am - 6pm, by confirming, it will be narrowed down to the smallest time slot within that slot, e.g. 5pm - 6pm.
The confirmed operations have priority over pending operations, and pending work orders have priority over planned ones. Thus, when you add operations to an existing route and restart the optimisation, if all operations are not assigned to a route due to the agenda of your field workers, for example, the first operations that won't be assigned to workers will be the scheduled ones, then the pending ones and finally the confirmed ones.
