Manage unassigned field service operations

The optimization of routes from the 'Field service bucket' sometimes requires to move unassigned tasks back to the bucket. These tasks not taken into account when optimizing the routes can also be moved to the next day.

Move unassigned field service operations to another date

1. Go to the 'Organize' module.
2. Click on the tab 'Agenda'.
3. Select the date on which the field service operations have been scheduled.
4. Click on the button 'View the list' of field operations planned for that day but not assigned to routes.

   

5. Check the box 'Select all'.
6. Click on the button 'Reschedule'.

   

7. Select a new date using the date picker.
8. Click on the button 'Save'.

   

Move unassigned field service operations to the bucket

1. Go to the 'Organize' module.
2. Click on the tab 'Agenda'.
3. Select the date on which field operations have been scheduled.
4. Click on the button 'View the list' of field service operations scheduled today but not assigned to routes.

   

5. Check the box 'Select all'.
6. Click on the button 'Add to bucket'.
