If you manage recurring routes or if one of your field workers is absent, AntsRoute allows you to duplicate a route on another date. You can also duplicate the route on certain days of the week over a given period. To do this, follow the steps below.
💡 The route cannot be duplicated on today's date if a route has already started.
💡 The duplicated routes keep the time constraints of the reference route: working hours, breaks and opening hours. For example, if the route that you want to duplicate starts at 8am, the route created after duplication will also start at 8am, even if the agent's working hours are different on the date on which the route was duplicated.
