It may happen that a delivery needs to be moved to another date due to customer unavailability, a scheduling change, or an unexpected field issue.
From the Organize module, you can easily reschedule a delivery and update its information if needed.
☝️ Note: In this article, we guide you step by step using the Agenda tab, but this action can also be performed from the other tabs of the module.
Steps to reschedule a delivery
- Go to the Organize module.
- Click on the Agenda tab.
- Using the calendar, select the current date of the delivery.
- Identify the relevant route and click … > Route details.
- Locate the delivery to move and click … > Manage this delivery > Reschedule.
- Update the information if necessary (e.g. duration, instructions, meeting location, etc.).
- Set the desired planning date.
- Select the time slots to be considered for scoring.
- Click Search availability.
- Select an available slot, then click Save.

- Rescheduling is possible from all tabs of the Organize module.
- Delivery information can be adjusted before validation.
