In order not to change the order of the routes, the routes must be locked. To lock all routes, just follow these steps:
- Go to the 'Organize' module.
- Click on the 'Agenda' tab.
- Select the date on which routes were scheduled.
- Click on the 'Lock routes' button.
Note : The red padlocks next to the agents’ email indicates that the routes are locked. To unlock these routes, just click on the 'Unlock routes' button.
