In order not to change the order of the routes, the routes must be locked. To lock all routes, just follow these steps:
- Go to the “Organize” module.
- Click on the “Agenda” tab.
- Select the date on which routes were scheduled.
- Click on the “Lock routes” button.
💡 The red padlocks next to the agents’ email indicates that the routes are locked. To unlock these routes, just click on the “Unlock routes” button.
