When you want to keep the order of a route unchanged, you can lock it.
This prevents any automatic changes, especially during route re-optimization.
Lock a route
Follow these steps to lock a route:
- Go to the “Organize” module.
- Click the “Agenda” tab.
- Select the date on which the routes were built.
- Find the route you want to lock, then click “…” next to the agent’s name.
- Click “Manage the route”.
- Choose the action “Lock the route”.
💡 A locked route will no longer be modified automatically.
Identify a locked route
Once locked, the route is easy to recognize:
- A red padlock icon appears next to the agent’s name
You can also spot it in the weekly view:
- Weekly view by agent
→ Red padlock icon in the top right corner
→ Cell background highlighted in light red - Weekly view by route
→ Red padlock icon displayed on the route card
Unlock a route
To allow modifications again:
- Click “…” next to the agent’s name.
- Select “Manage the route” > “Unlock the route”.
