You can unplan a route in just a few clicks from different tabs in the application. This action removes a route from the schedule while keeping the associated jobs.
Before you start:
Make sure you have selected the correct date and identified the relevant agent.
From the Agenda tab
Steps to follow to unplan a route from the Agenda tab.
- Go to the Organize module
- Click on the Agenda tab
- Select the desired date
- Find the relevant agent and click on the ... next to their name
- Select Manage the route > Unplan
- Click Confirm
From the Map tab

- Open the routes panel
- Identify the relevant agent and click on ...
- Select Manage the route > Unplan
- Click Confirm

- Find the relevant agent and click on ...
- Select Manage the route > Unplan
- Click Confirm
Access unplanned jobs
Once a route is unplanned, the jobs are not deleted. They are simply marked as unassigned.
To find them:
- Go to the Organize module
- Click on the List of deliveries tab
- Select the date when the jobs were originally scheduled
- Click on the Filter button
- In the State field, select Unassigned
- Click Apply
☝️ Good to know:
- Unplanning a route does not delete the jobs: they remain available to be rescheduled.
- This action can be reversed by running a new optimization.
Conclusion
Unplanning a route allows you to remove an agent from the schedule without losing the associated jobs. These jobs remain accessible in the List of deliveries using the Unassigned filter, so they can be quickly rescheduled.
