Unplan one route

You can unplan a route from the 'Agenda' / 'Map' and 'Routes' tabs by following the steps below:

From the tab 'Agenda'

1. Go to the 'Organize' module.
2. Click on the tab 'Agenda'.
3. Select the date.
4. Identify the field worker for whom the route must be unplanned and click on '...' next to his name and 'Unplan the route'.

   

5. Click on the button 'Confirm'.

   

From the tab 'Map'

1. Go to the 'Organize' module.
2. Click on the tab  'Map'.
3. Select the date.
4. Click on to open the panel.
5. Identify the field worker for whom the route must be unplanned and click on '...' and 'Unplan the route'.

   

6. Click on the button 'Confirm'.

   

From the tab 'Routes'

1. Click on the 'Organize' module.
2. Click on the tab 'Routes'.
3. Select the date.
4. Identify the field worker for whom the route must be unplanned and click on '...' and 'Unplan the route'.

   

5. Click on the button 'Confirm'.
