If necessary, you can change the order in which field service operations are completed within an optimized route. To do this, just complete the steps below:
From the tab 'Routes'
Note: The change in the order of completion of the field service operations of a route will have consequences on the optimisation quality for this route.
- Go to the 'Organize' module.
- Click on the tab 'Routes'.
- Select the date.
- Identify the route in which the order of field service operations must be changed and click on '...' and 'Route's detail'.
- Drag and drop, i.e. click on a field service operation, hold the click and drag the operation to the desired location.
From the tab 'Agenda'
- Go to the 'Organize' module.
- Click on the tab 'Agenda'.
- Select the date.
- Identify the field worker for whom the order of field service operations must be changed and click on '...' next to the name and 'Route's detail'.
- Drag and drop, i.e. click on a field service operation, hold the click and drag the operation to the desired location.
