Assign a job to another agent

You may sometimes need to reassign a job to another agent due to absence, workload imbalance, or a change in priority.

With AntsRoute, you can easily move a job from one route to another using drag and drop.
 

Move a job to another agent

Follow these steps:

1. Go to the “Organize” module
2. Click on the “Agenda” tab
3. Select the relevant date in the calendar
4. Locate the job you want to move
5. Click and hold on the job
6. Drag it to the desired agent’s route
7. Release the mouse to confirm the move

• The estimated arrival time may change after the move
• The routes of both agents are automatically re-optimized
• This action is ideal for quickly balancing schedules
