Assign a work order to another driver

AntsRoute lets you move a work order to assign it to another driver or agent's route using drag-and-drop by following the steps below:

💡 If you move a work order to assign it to another agent, the planned arrival time may vary.

1. Go to the “Organise” module.
2. Click on the “Agenda” tab.
3. Select a date in the calendar.
4. Click and hold on the work order you want to move.
5. Move the work order to the agent's route and release the click.

   

💡 The routes of the two agents are automatically re-optimised after drag and drop.
