Unschedule multiple jobs from the route map

Do you need to reorganize a route due to an unexpected event (agent absence, schedule change, urgent request, etc.)?
From the route map, you can unschedule multiple jobs in just a few clicks.

This feature allows you to quickly remove several jobs from a route so you can reschedule them later.
 

Steps to follow

1. Go to the Organize module
2. Click on the Route map tab
3. Select the date corresponding to the jobs you want to modify
4. Select multiple jobs
   • Hold down the key:
     • CTRL (on Windows)
     • or Command ⌘ (on Mac)
   • Click on the jobs you want to unschedule directly on the map
     The selected jobs will appear in blue
5. Click on the Unplan deliveries button

☝️ Good to know:

• Unscheduled jobs are removed from the route, but not deleted
• You can reschedule them to another date or route by clicking on the job on the map > … > Manage this delivery > Reschedule
• This action is ideal for quickly handling schedule changes
