To edit the details of a field service operation or delivery, just follow the steps below:
Note: Some changes require that you restart the route optimisation by clicking on the 'Re-optimise routes' button.
From the 'Agenda' tab
- Go to the 'Organize' module.
- Click on the tab 'Agenda'.
- Select the date.
- Double click on the task to edit.
- Click on 'Information'.
- Make the changes needed and click on the button 'Save'.
From the 'Routes' tab
- Go to the 'Organize' module.
- Click on the tab 'Routes'.
- Select the date.
- Identify the route in which a field service operation needs to be modified and click on '...' > 'Route's detail'.
- Identify the task to edit and click on '...' > 'More details'.
- Click on 'Information'.
- Make the changes needed and click on the button 'Save'.
From the 'Map' tab
- Go to the 'Organize' module.
- Click on the tab 'Map'.
- Select the date.
- Click on the icon of the task to be modified and click on '...' > 'More details'.
- Click on 'Information'.
- Make the changes needed and click on the button 'Save'.
From the 'List of field services' tab
- Go to the 'Organize' module.
- Click on the tab 'List of field services'.
- Select the period of time.
- Identify in the table the task to be modified and click on '...' > 'More details'.
- Click on 'Information'.
- Make the changes needed and click on the button 'Save'.
