You can make changes to the work orders you have planned. AntsRoute gives you two options:
Edit one single work order
- Go to the “Organise” module.
- Click on the “Routes” tab.
- Select a date in the calendar.
- Identify a route and click on “…”.
- Click on “Route details”.
- Identify a work order and click on “…”.
- Click on “More details”.
- Make your changes and click on “Save”.
💡 Depending on the changes made, you need to restart route optimisation. For example, if you change the duration, the appointment date, the time slot, the forced agent, etc.
☝️ Good to know: You can also edit the details of a task from the other tabs in the “Organise” module. For example, from the “Agenda” tab, simply double-click on a work order. From the “Map”, click on a task and then on the “More details” option.
Edit work orders in bulk
To save you time, AntsRoute allows you to make bulk changes to the following elements of your work orders:
- Availability date
- Due date
- Duration
- Time slot
- Forced driver
💡 You can filter the display of data to show only the tasks that need to be modified. You can also increase the number of items displayed per page using settings below your table.
- Go to the “Organise” module.
- Click on the “List of work orders” tab.
- Select a period in the calendar.
- Select the work orders you want to edit by checking the corresponding boxes.
- Click on the “Actions” button.
- Click on “Edit”.
- Make your changes and check the boxes for the items you want to edit.
- Click on the “Save” button.
