AntsRoute allows you to view the history of changes made to a delivery or work order. This feature is useful for tracking adjustments (such as changes to time slots, addresses, statuses, etc.).
๐โโ๏ธ For each action listed in the history, you can see:
- The nature of the modification,
- The date and time of the action,
- And most importantly, the agent (user) who performed the action.
Steps to Access the History
Hereโs how to access the history of a work order from the list of orders:
- Go to the โOrganizeโ module in the main menu.
- Click on the โList of work ordersโ tab.
- Select the desired time period using the calendar.
- Find the relevant work order, then click on โ...โ โMore detailsโ.
- Then click on the โHistoryโ button to view all recorded changes.
