Access the modification history of a field service operation

You can access the history of the modifications that have been made for a field service operation. For example, from the 'Routes' tab:

1. Go to the 'Organize' module.
2. Click on the tab 'Routes'.
3. Select the period of time. 
4. Identify the route and click on '...' > 'Route's detail'.

   

5. Identify a task and click on '...' > 'More details'.

   

6. Click on 'History'.
