You can import already established routes to re-optimise them or to schedule them on another date. Just follow the steps below:
Activate the import of routes
- Go to the 'Settings' module.
- Click on the tab 'Settings'.
- Click on 'General settings'.
- Enable the option 'Activate the import of routes'.
- Click on the button 'Save'.
Import routes
- Go to the 'Schedule' module.
- Click on the tab 'Import routes'.
- Select the date on which the routes must be imported.
- Click on the button 'Download a template' to get a template file.
- Make sure that the mandatory fields are filled in your file before importing it by clicking on the 'Import your routes'.
- Last name of the customer or possibly the name of the company ; (REQUIRED)
- Address (for example: Waterloo Station, London, United-Kingdom) ; (REQUIRED)
- Duration in minutes (for example: 120) ; (REQUIRED)
- Registration number of the vehicle that has been added in 'Resources' > 'Vehicles'. (REQUIRED)
- External customer identifier, i.e. the unique identifier assigned to a customer when created. (for example: 87658) ;
- First name or the name of your contact when the customer is a company ;
- Phone in international format (for example: +447600123456) ;
- Email (for example: john@email.com) ;
- Postal code (for exemple: SW1A 0AA) ;
- City (for example: London) ;
- Latitude (for example: 48.731612) ;
- Longitude (for example: 5.978622) ;
- Comments (for example: request the key from the caretaker) ;
- Time slot which corresponds to one of the slots defined in 'Settings' > 'Time slots'. The format must be HH:MM-HH:MM. (for example: 08:00-10:00) ;
- Comp_XXX with XXX corresponding to one of the skills defined in 'Settings' > 'Skills'. Just indicate whether the constraint applies by YES or NO. (for example: YES) ;
- Cap_XXX with XXX corresponding to one of the capacities defined in 'Settings' > 'Capacities'. Just indicate the quantity to be transported. This number is an integer. (for example: 18)
Note: The phone numbers must be in international format. For example, +447600123456 for a phone number in the UK. In order to display the sign '+' in Excel, you can add an apostrophe in the cell before the +33 (e.g. '+33687878787).
Note: Les noms de colonnes (ou en-têtes) de votre tableau Excel ou CSV doivent être les mêmes que les champs en gras listés ci-dessus (par exemple : Nom, Adresse, etc.).
Note: Fill in the field 'External customer identifier' to avoid duplicating existing customers.
