Do you want to re-optimise only certain routes without changing the other optimised routes? Just follow the steps below:
Re-optimise one single route
Note: The objective is to re-optimise the order of field service operations within a route. The operations remain assigned to the same field worker. The other routes are not modified.
- Go to the 'Organize' module.
- Click on the tab 'Agenda'.
- Select the date on which the route is planned.
- Identify the route to re-optimise and click on '...' > 'Optimize'.
Re-optimise some routes
Note: The objective is to re-optimise only certain routes without changing the order of the other routes. The field service operations of the reoptimised route can be assigned to one of the other field workers whose route is also reoptimised.
- Go to the 'Organize' module.
- Click on the tab 'Agenda'.
- Select the date on which routes are planned.
- Identify the routes which do not need to be re-optimised and for each of them, click on '...' > 'Lock the route'.
- Click on the button 'Reoptimize routes'.
