Cancel a work order from the AntsRoute interface - Routes started

It is possible to cancel work orders from started route on the AntsRoute interface by following the steps below:

1. Go to the “Monitor” module.
2. Click on the tab “Map”.
3. Click on “…” and “Route's detail”.

   

4. Identify the task to cancel and click on “…” and “Cancel”.

   

5. If necessary, add “Comments” and select the “Cancellation reason”.
6. Click on the button “Confirm”.

   

💡 The cancelled work order is then displayed in red at the bottom of the list of tasks.

💡 The field worker receives a notification on his smartphone and on the AntsRoute mobile application to let him know that a task has been cancelled.

☝️ Good to know: The cancelled work orders can then be rescheduled from the “Cancelled work orders” tab of the “Plan” module.
