If necessary, you can cancel work orders before routes start. AntsRoute offers you two options:
Unplan a work order
If you want to cancel a work order from a route that has not been started from the AntsRoute interface to reschedule it later, you must choose the “Unplan” option. To do this, just follow these steps:
- Go to the “Organize” module.
- Click on the tab “Routes”.
- Click on “…” and “Route's detail”.
- Identify the task to unplan and click on “…” and “Unplan”.
- Click on the button “Confirm”.
☝️ Good to know: The unplanned work orders can then be rescheduled to a new date. To do this, just click on “View the list” of work orders planned for the day but not integrated into the routes > Select the work orders > Click on the “Reschedule” button > Select a new date.
Delete a work order
If you want to cancel a work order from a route that has not been started from the AntsRoute interface to delete it permanently, you must select the “Delete” option. To do this, just follow these steps:
- Go to the module “Organize”.
- Click on the tab “Routes”.
- Click on “…” and “Route's detail”.
- Identify the task to delete and click on “…” and “Delete”.
- Click on the button “Confirm”.
