From the AntsRoute web interface, you can track the progress of your technicians’ or drivers’ routes in real time.
Using the AntsRoute mobile application, your teams can validate each job, add proof of service (signature, photos, comments), and update the status of their route.
All this information is available from the “Monitor” module in the web interface.

- view routes on the map,
- check the details of a route,
- display the list of today’s jobs.
View routes on the map
The Route Map tab allows you to visualize your teams’ routes and track their progress directly on a map.
Steps
- Go to the “Monitor” module.
- Click the “Map” tab.
From this page, you can filter routes based on their status:
- Routes not started
- Routes in progress
- Completed routes
- Unassigned agents
These filters are available above the map.
Available information
In the panel on the right side of the screen, you can view the following information for each agent:
- route status;
- route progress (in %);
- planned start time and recalculated start time;
- planned end time and recalculated end time;
- total route distance;
- number of jobs or deliveries;
- planned driving time;
- on-site working time;
- route cost or margin (if the option is enabled).
View the details of a route
You can access detailed information about a route to closely monitor the progress of each job.
Steps
- Go to the “Monitor” module.
- Click the “Map” tab.
- Click “…” next to a route.
- Select “Route's details”.
Available information
From the details page, you can view:
- the planned and recalculated route start time;
- the planned and recalculated route end time;
- the route progress;
- the planned and recalculated arrival time for each job;
- the actual completion time of the job;
- the planned and actual duration of the job (if the option is enabled).
You can also access proof of service submitted by your teams:
- completion comments;
- customer signature;
- photos;
- scanned barcodes;
- custom validation fields;
- item status (if item management is enabled);
- package status (if package management is enabled).
Check the agent’s location when validating a job
Each job validation is time-stamped and geolocated.
A color indicator shows whether the agent was within the expected area at the time of validation:
- 🟢 Green: the agent was in the expected area.
- 🟠 Orange: the agent was outside the expected area.
- ⚪ Grey: geolocation was not enabled.
This information helps you verify that jobs are completed at the correct location.
Understand job status on the map
A color code helps you quickly identify the status of jobs:
- Green: job completed
- Blue: job in progress
- Red: job cancelled
- Orange: job rescheduled
View the list of today’s jobs
The Job List tab displays all jobs scheduled for the day in a table format.
Steps
- Go to the “Monitor” module.
- Click the “List of deliveries” tab.
Filter jobs
You can filter jobs by their status:
- Jobs in progress on time
- Jobs in progress late
- Completed jobs
- Cancelled jobs
- Unassigned jobs
These filters are available above the table.
Available information
In the table, you can view:
- the assigned agent;
- the job address;
- the scheduled time;
- the job status;
- any early or late time shown in the “Delays” column.
You can also customize the displayed columns by clicking “Modify columns.”
