From the AntsRoute web interface, you can track the progression of your technicians or delivery drivers in the field in real time. Thanks to the AntsRoute mobile application, your teams can validate the stages of their routes and provide proof of delivery. You can access all this data from the “Monitor” module in the web interface.

Access the list of routes from the “Map” tab
- Go to the “Monitor” module.
- Click on the “Map” tab.
☝️ Good to know: From this page, you can filter the display of routes on the map according to their status by clicking on the filters above the map: “Not started routes” ; “Ongoing routes” ; “Ended routes” ; “Driver unassigned”.
From the panel on the right of the screen, you can view the list of your field staff with this information:
- Status of the route (not started, ongoing, completed or unsolicited driver) ;
- Progression of the route in % ;
- Planned starting time of route and recalculated starting time of route ;
- Planned end time of route and recalculated end time of route ;
- Number of kilometres to be covered ;
- Number of work orders or deliveries to be carried out ;
- Driving time (if route not started) ;
- Working time on site (if route not started) ;
- Cost of the route (if route not started) + (if the cost calculation option is activated).
Access details of a route from the “Map” tab
- Go to the “Monitor” module.
- Click on the “Map” tab.
- Click on “...” > “Route's detail”.
You can view this information from this page:
- Planned starting time of route and recalculated starting time of route ;
- Planned end time of route and recalculated end time of route ;
- Progression of route in % ;
- Planned time of arrival, recalculated time of arrival and completion time of work orders ;
- Planned and actual duration of work orders (if the option to calculate actual duration is activated) ;
- Comments ;
- Customer signature ;
- Photos ;
- Bar code ;
- Custom fields linked to validation (if custom fields have been defined) ;
- Item status (if the item management option is enabled) ;
- Package status (if the package management option is enabled).
☝️ Good to know: The validation of a work order is time-stamped and geo-referenced. Thanks to the geofencing function, you can determine whether the worker was in the right area when the task was validated. If the circle next to the ETA is green, your worker was in the right area. If the circle is orange, the agent was not in the area. If the circle is grey, the geolocation was not activated.
Thanks to a colour code, you can quickly see the status of work orders on the map:
- Green: Task completed ;
- Blue: Task ongoing ;
- Red: Task cancelled ;
- Orange: Task rescheduled.
Access the list of work orders from the “List of work orders” tab
From this tab, you can view the list of work orders planned for the current date.
- Go to the “Monitor” module.
- Click on the “List of work orders” tab.
☝️ Good to know: From this page, you can filter the display of tasks according to their status by clicking on the filters above the table: “Ongoing work orders — On time” ; “Ongoing work orders — Delayed” ; “Done work orders” ; “Cancelled work orders” ; “Unassigned work orders”.
☝️ Good to know: In the “Delays” column of the table, you can see any delays.
