From the mobile application, the field worker can validate the completion of a task by following the steps below:
- Log into the mobile application.
- Click on the button “Display the route”.
- Click on the button “Start the route”.
- Swipe to the left on the task to validate.
- Click on the button “Confirm”.
- Fill in the following information (optional) :
- Validation comment;
- Pictures (10 max.);
- Signature of customer;
- Barcode;
- Completion custom fields (if defined in the settings).
- Click on the button “Confirm”.
💡 The work orders that have been validated are displayed in green along with the time of completion in the list of stops on the mobile application.
☝️ Good to know: You can make the customer's signature mandatory on the mobile application. To do this, go to “Settings” > “Settings” > “Mobile application settings”. Activate the “Customer signature mandatory” option and click on the “Save” button.
☝️ Good to know: The transmission of proofs of delivery is available from Essential plan.
