The field worker can cancel a task from the mobile application by following the steps below:
- Log into the mobile application.
- Touch the button 'Start route'.
- Swipe to the right on the task to cancel.
- Touch the button 'Cancel'.

Fill in the information below (optional) :
- Cancellation comment ;
- Pictures (10 max.) ;
- Cancellation reason (if defined in the settings).
- Touch the button 'Cancel'.
Note: In order not to change the order of the ongoing route when cancelling a task from the mobile application, you must go to the AntsRoute interface > 'Settings' > 'Settings' > 'Optimisation settings' and disable the option 'Automatic re-optimisation of the remaining route end'.
Note: The cancelled field service operations can then be rescheduled from the AntsRoute interface by going to 'Schedule' & 'Cancelled field services'.
