AntsRoute lets you access a history of exchanges with a customer, i.e. a history of notifications sent. To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to the “Organise” module.
- Click on the “List of deliveries” tab.
- Identify a customer and click on “...” > “More details”.
- Click on “Exchanges”.
💡 From the thread of exchanges, you can view the date on which the notification was sent. You can also see the name of the user or agent who triggered the notification.
☝️ Good to know: From the exchange thread, you can send a one-off notification to your customer by clicking on the “Send a notification” button.
