A history of notifications is available to track the sending of messages to each of your customers. To display this history, just complete the steps below:
Note: To access the 'Sent Notifications' tab, you must have sent at least one notification to the customer.
- Go to the 'Organize' module.
- Click on the tab 'List of field services'.
- Identify a customer for whom to display the notification history and click on '…' > 'More details'.
- Click on 'Sent notifications'.
