After the order completion, you can automate the sending of a notification to the customer with a link to let them review the quality of services. The notification is automatically sent to the customer 30 minutes after validating the step from the mobile app. In order to set up notifications allowing customers to review the quality of services, just follow the steps below:
π‘ To send notifications to your customers, you must have entered the email address and/or phone number in international format in the customer record. For example, +44 7600 123456.
Set up the notification template
- Go to the βSettingsβ module.
- Click on the tab βNotificationsβ.
- Click on βNotification templateβ.
- Click on the button β+β.
- Select the media βText messageβ or βemailβ.
- Select the type βAutomatic notification after field service completionβ.
- Determine the name for interne use. For example, βNotification with rating linkβ.
- Set the toggle on βEnabledβ.
- Click on the AntsRoute icon to custom the message content.
- Add the variable βField service (or delivery) tracking/review linkβ.
- Click on the βSaveβ button.
Set up the review link
- Go to the βSettingsβ module.
- Click on the tab βNotificationsβ.
- Click on βLink configurationβ.
- Click on βTrack / review linkβ.
- Determine the βLink validity (in days)β.
- Add the corporation logo.
- Determine the title.
- Determine the message indicating to customer that his field service is done.
- Determine the message to customer requesting a review.
- Message to customer in case of evaluation error.
- Click on the βSaveβ button.
