After the order completion, you can automate the sending of a notification to the customer with a link to let them rate the quality of services. The notification is automatically sent to the customer 30 minutes after validating the step from the mobile app. In order to set up notifications allowing customers to rate the quality of services, just follow the steps below:
💡 To send notifications to your customers, you must have entered the email address and/or phone number in international format in the customer record. For example, +44 7600 123456.
Set up the notification template
- Go to the “Settings” module.
- Click on the tab “Notifications”.
- Click on “Notification template”.
- Click on the button “Add”.
- Select the media “Text message” or “email”.
- Select the type “Automatic notification after delivery completion”.
- Determine the name for interne use. For example, “Notification with rating link”.
- Set the toggle on “Enabled”.
- Click on the AntsRoute icon to custom the message content.
- Add the variable “Delivery rating link”.
- Click on the “Save” button.
Set up the rating link
- Go to the “Settings” module.
- Click on the “Notifications” tab.
- Click on “Rating link”.
- Set the “Link validity period” in days.
- Add a “Title” for the page.
- Add a “Quick description” which is displayed below the title.
- Add an “Error message” which is displayed in the event of an error when rating the services.
- Click on the “Save” button.
☝️ Good to know: On the right-hand side of the screen, you can access an overview of the confirmation and rescheduling link.
