After the order completion, you can automate the sending of a notification to the customer with a link to let them review the quality of services. The notification is automatically sent to the customer 30 minutes after validating the step from the mobile app. In order to set up notifications allowing customers to review the quality of services, just follow the steps below:
Set up the notification template
- Go to the 'Settings' module.
- Click on the tab 'Notifications'.
- Click on 'Notification template'.
- Click on the button 'Add'.
- Select the media 'Text message' or 'email'.
- Select the type 'Automatic notification after field service completion'.
- Determine the name for interne use. For example, 'Notification avec lien d’évaluation'.
- Set the toggle on 'Enabled'.
- Click on the AntsRoute icon to custom the message content.
- Add the variable 'Field service (or delivery) tracking/review link'.
- Click on the button 'Save'.
Set up the review link
- Go to the 'Settings' module.
- Click on the tab 'Notifications'.
- Click on 'Link configuration'.
- Click on 'Track / review link'.
- Determine the 'Link validity (in days)'.
- Add the corporation logo.
- Determine the title.
- Determine the message indicating to customer that his field service is done.
- Determine the message to customer requesting a review.
- Message to customer in case of evaluation error.
- Click on the button 'Save'.
Note: To send notifications to your customers, you must have entered the email address and/or phone number in international format in the customer record. For example, +44 7600 123456.
