You can set a maximum time that should not be exceeded between the completion of a loading and the associated delivery (or between the completion of a pick-up and the associated unloading) by following the steps below:
Enable the option 'Set a maximum time between loading and delivery (or pickup and unloading)'
- Go to the 'Settings' module.
- Click on the tab 'Settings'.
- Click on 'Optimization settings'.
- Enable the option 'Set a maximum time between loading and delivery (or pickup and unloading)'.
- Click on the button 'Save'.
Enter a maximum transport time when scheduling
To define a maximum time that should not be exceeded between loading and delivery (or pick-up and unloading) when scheduling a pick-up and delivery operation, just fill in the 'Max transport time' field in the form.
Note: You can also enter this duration in your import file by adding a column with the heading 'Max transport time'.
