Geolocate field workers in real time

It is possible to view the field workers in real time on the 'Map' tab of the 'Monitor' module. To do this, just complete the following steps:

Step 1: Activate geolocation from the AntsRoute interface

First, you must enable this option on the AntsRoute interface.

1. Go to the 'Settings' module.
2. Click on the tab 'Settings'.
3. Click on 'Mobile application settings'.
4. Enable the option ' Field workers real time geolocation'.
5. Click on the button 'Save'.

   

By activating this option from the AntsRoute interface, the field workers will be able to authorise the feedback of their position in real time from the settings of the mobile application.

Step 2: Enable geolocation from the mobile application

From the mobile application, the field worker can authorise his geolocation. To do this, just complete these steps:

1. Open the Menu.
2. Click on 'Settings'.
3. Check the box 'Enable real time geolocation'.

   

Step 3 : Enable geolocation from the mobile phone

iOS

From the iPhone, the field worker must go to the settings to enable the geolocation for the AntsRoute application. To do this, just follow these steps:

1. Go to the 'Settings'.
2. Click on 'Privacy'.
3. Click on 'Location services'.
4. Click on 'AntsRoute'.
5. Choose the option 'Always'.

   

Android

From the Android mobile phone, the field worker must go to the settings to enable the geolocation for the AntsRoute application. To do this, just follow these steps:

1. Go to the Settings.
2. Click on 'Location'.
3. Enable the option 'Location access'
4. Click on 'App access to location'.
5. Click on 'AntsRoute'.
6. Choose the option 'Allow all the time'.
   

   

From the 'Monitor' module, you can view the GPS location of your drivers on a map.
